Literature for sight reading can seem limited. As a result we borrow from other instruments. Violin is ideal for this because the written range is nearly identical. My favorites are Bach, Sitt, Wohlfahrt, Rovelli, Playel, and a few others. Here is a small collection.
Not only are these etudes helpful with sight reading but can be useful for warming up to practice and for dexterity in general.
