Triad Exercise (dexterity)

This melody built on triad shapes is an excellent warm-up and dexterity exercise. It is designed to equally challenge every finger in a variety of combinations. Needless to say, start out slow and gradually build tempo. After a few sessions you will internalize the patterns and your level of concentration will feel more relaxed allowing you to focus on your technique. Keep your fingers, hands, arms, shoulders, etc as relaxed as possible.
